This quick little plugin goes straight into iPhoto, and allows you to make custom templates that iPhoto will export to. Just like the HTML Export tab, except that you can specify your own templates. Allows for the use of CSS or Tables for formatting, and you can fully customize almost every aspect of the web-page. You can even change the script that creates the HTML for even more customizability.
