Selkie Rescue is a bootable CD-based file server, which means it can be used to bypass your crashed operating system. You can rescue files in as few as three keystrokes and in about three minutes.
Selkie Rescue is an unusually powerful data recovery and disaster recovery utility. If Windows is broken use Selkie Rescue CD in the CD or DVD drive, reboot the desktop or laptop PC, then use Selkie to recover almost any file stored on the PC.
